Services
We offer a vast number of services at Wingham Wellbeing which include but not limited to Walk-In Clinics, Appointments during the day as well as after hours, and appointments with our Allied Health.
Walk-In Clinics: 8am-10am and 3:30pm-4:30pm
Every morning from 8am to 10am and every afternoon from 3:30pm to 4:30pm we operate walk-in clinics for our subscribers who need to see a doctor urgently for illness or injury. These times are mainly reserved for emergencies which occur on that day, and the Practice reserves the right to ask why you need to see the doctor, and to see people in order of urgency, not attendance. A consultation during walk-in clinic is not guaranteed, however every effort will be made to attend to your needs.
Appointments 10:20am -12:30pm and 1:30pm – 3pm

Allied Health
Appointments to see our Allied Health providers are booked by phone, fax or email. Lydia Irving, Nutritionist, has appointments available Tuesdays.
Eric Trad, Counsellor, has appointments Tuesdays through Thursdays most weeks. These Allied Health providers can only see WW Subscribers due to high demand.

Kinetic Medicine - John Stevens and his team are exercise physiologists that sees patients on Tuesday and Thursday.

Cancellations
Demand for appointments is high, so if you are unable to keep your appointment please advise the Practice as soon as possible and at least two (2) hours prior to the appointment time.
The Practice reserves the right to charge a fee for non-attendance or late cancellations. Repeated occurrences will results in cancellation of subscription privileges, and may results in the client needing to see healthcare elsewhere.
After Hours
If your situation is life threatening, please ring 000 for an ambulance immediately.
After hours/Out of Hours appointments please ring Dr Jenny on 0447 429 367 and if appropriate, safe and reasonable she will arrange to meet you the practice or provide a home visit.
